When you’re obsessing about the food, trying to be perfect all the time and feeling like people are constantly needing something from you, it’s easy to feel like life is hard.I totally get it because that’s how it used to be for me for years.
But today my life and my food is guided by ease and intuition. That doesn’t mean that my life is perfect – it’s just that the fight, force and frustration is gone.
