FAQS For The End Your Food Obsession 5 Day Video Training

A: No, this 7 Day Training will show you the secret to being free from food obsession and overeating without even focusing on food. You'll discover what is driving you to food in the first place and how to address that, so that you can stop the food sabotage cycle for good.
A: The End Your Food Obsession Video Series runs for 7 days. The first day is a Jumpstart Training, the next 5 days is a live, daily 60-90 minute training on one of the keys to ending food obsession. On day 7, attend a Freedom From Food Activation Workshop that will help you to integrate and apply everything you've learned from the week and activate your path of freedom from food and feeling comfortable in your skin.
A: The entire 7 Day Training will be held exclusively in our private Facebook group, so we highly recommend you create an account if you do not have one so that you can be with us in the Facebook Group, even if that means creating an alias account. A: Yes, freedom is absolutely possible for you, even if you've tried practically everything out there and nothing has worked. What I find is that most smart women feel like failures and that freedom is not possible for them because they are trying to fix a problem they do not fully understand and they are doing it with an ineffective approach or strategy, and oftentimes trying to figure everything out on their own. 100% of the time, when women tell me nothing has worked it's because they don't have clarity about what the real problem is and what to do about it, nor do they have the right kind of support and guidance to show them how. These are just some of the things we cover in the End Your Food Obsession 7 Day Video Training.
A: Many strategies and approaches out there are geared towards weight loss, but they are not specifically tailored to show you how to get free from food addiction and obsession. They are also reliant on personal willpower and "sticking to a plan." What I am teaching you is completely different. I'm going to show you how to get free from the underlying cause that drives food addiction and obsession because when you can address that, you can end the food problem for good. Another thing to consider is that everything you have already tried, and all of the tools you know, have brought you to where you currently are. If you want a new experience with food, it's going to require you to learn new tools and apply a different approach. That is what I will be teaching you. I can also tell you that what you'll be learning are the very principles that allowed for me to get free from my food addiction and obsession 10 years ago and what's been helping my clients to get free from food ever since.
