Wanna know the one thing you can do right now to have your food addiction go away for good?
Before you answer that question, really consider it. Consider what food is doing for you. Consider what you get from the obsession, the self-judgement, the isolation, the guilt, the shame.
Consider how much food is your reward – your treat. Something you deserve.
Consider how food is your friend sometimes and comforts you when you’re alone.
Really consider these things…
And then consider the cost.
Consider how your relationship with food holds you back from being more confident and having more genuine connections.
Consider how the constant food thoughts prevent you from being present.
Consider how annoyed and impatient you get with others when you’re mad at yourself, anxious and feeling uncomfortable in your body.
Consider how you want to be ok just being you and to help more people but you can’t because you feel inauthentic and out of integrity with your food.
Consider the impact your relationship with food is having on your health.
And then consider if you’re sick and tired of living this way.
If you’re there, then I acknowledge you. And I’m actually excited for you.
Because if you just gave yourself the space to consider the above, then it means that you’re actually ready to get free. And with that willingness, freedom can and will happen.
So here’s the silver bullet solution that will ensure you get on the path and stay on the path of lasting freedom from food:
This might sound simple but to truly get the power of this and learn what you may be doing that’s keeping you stuck, check out this video I made for you called What Your Food Addiction Is Feeding On (And How To Be Free).
In it, I reveal the hidden ways your addiction holds on and holds you back from truly being you and you’ll hear what to do to access more authenticity.
Warning: Don’t watch this video if you’re not ready to get free.
Side effects have cause other women to throw out their old ways and pursue their freedom with reckless abandon.
In all seriousness, it took me over two decades to start getting honest and a few more years to become fully free and authentic.
And now that I live this way every day, I cannot tell you how much peace I have.
Which is why I want to help you have that too.
Because as long as you are being dishonest to yourself and others you’re not really living. I know how it feels to be the walking dead. That’s no life at all. You are constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop, you can’t be you and you’re bound to the binge/obsession cycle.
So if you want something different then I want to help you have that.

I’ll be happy to share with you what’s worked for me and the countless women I’ve helped.
In dedication of all things raw, real and recovered,
p.s. Here are 5 common lies you may be telling yourself that are keeping you stuck in addiction:
- You’re never going to get free
- You’re different/irreparably broken/defective
- You’re too much for others to handle/you can’t just be you
- You just need to get control of things (I.e the food) and then you’ll be able to get free.
- You should be able to figure out and fix yourself on your own so you don’t want to tell/ask anyone for help
