I couldn’t breath – head spinning, mind racing, feeling helpless…
That’s how it used to feel for me when I was overwhelmed.
I’d think about all the things I should be doing, all the things I was missing and all the people I was disappointing…everything made me feel bad.
Then there was the constant obsessive, excitable, anxious feeling I walked around with – where I couldn’t really be present and everything felt out of control.
I was constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop and I never felt like I could just take a breath.

I feel intuitively guided – not just with food, but in every area of my life. I’m also present with people and have real, meaningful connections.
Today I get to be ok just as me and when faced with doubt or fear, I have an easy practice that allows me to get free from it right away and back on the path of inner guidance and trust.
I so want the same for you.
There is a whole world awaiting you on the other side of your overwhelm. Where you have peace, clarity and confidence – where you can stop obsessing and start helping others – from a deeply authentic, genuine place.
That’s what happened for me and, today, I have the divine pleasure of watching it happen for other women who struggled too.
All it takes is some willingness to take teeny, tiny action steps, one degree outside your “familiar” zone. (I’d say “comfort” zone, but there is nothing comfortable about being stuck and feeling overwhelmed).
