So you figure you’ll just have a little bite of something tasty, but as soon as that first bite goes in, all bets are off. You don’t want to stop so you don’t and before you know it, you’ve finished most if not all of it.
Then the guilt, frustration or embarrassment sets in and you think to yourself, “WHY did I do that?!?! What’s wrong with me??”

But before we into how to end the sabotage cycle there is an even more critical question you ask yourself:
Do you want to stop it?
See the binge, the food, the reward, the ritual it’s doing something for you. It’s feeding something or numbing something or escaping something for you. And you might not be ready to give that up. That’s why I tell my clients…
You’re going to do what you’re going to do until you don’t have to do it anymore.
This doesn’t mean that you have an excuse to never get on the path of freedom and just resort to eating, bingeing and going crazy until you make yourself sick.
But what it does mean is that until you get access to the power that gives you more ease and comfort than you’re getting from food, you’ll just go back to it.
That’s why I want to reveal what it really takes to get on the path of more power so you can ultimately have total freedom from food addiction and obsession.
