One of the most common challenges I see with women who struggle with their relationship with food is that they don’t trust themselves to make healthy choices. And this extends beyond the food – to relationships, work, self image and life in general.
What happens when we don’t trust ourselves is we hold back and play small. We don’t share our gifts and magic with the world, which then makes us feel alone and unfulfilled.
Feeling unfulfilled leads to “filling up” on food. Which takes us back into the vicious cycle.
